Upcoming events: CAREE’S CONFERENCE AND ANNUAL MEETING

On Friday, November 17, 2006, CAREE (Christians Associated for Relationships with Eastern Europe) will hold a conference and the annual meeting from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This has been set up to coordinate with the annual conferences of the American Academy of Religion/Society of Biblical Literature (AAR/SBL), which begin the following day. The AAR/SBL 2006 meetings are in Washington, D.C.

CAREE’s conference and annual meeting will be held in the Washington Convention Center, Room 155.

Conference Theme: “Inter-church and Inter-religious Tensions in Post Communist Eastern Europe: Can Americans Serve as Reconcilers?”
